We stand behind every iHerbalz product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of your delivery date.
Your wellness journey is personal — if a product isn’t the right fit, we’ll make it right.
To qualify for a refund under our guarantee, your request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date, and you must provide proof of purchase (your order number or the email address used at checkout).
Refund requests are handled by our support team. To start a request, reach out through any of these channels and include your order number (or order email) and the reason for your request:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Because our guarantee is about your satisfaction, you do not need to return opened products to qualify for a refund within the 60-day window — keep what you’ve opened.
For unopened products, we may ask you to return them; if a return is required, we’ll provide instructions when your request is approved.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to cancel before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard refund process above.
Shipping on eligible US orders is free, so refunds cover the product price you paid. If a return is required for an unopened item, any return-shipping details will be shared with your approval.
